More doodles from while I wasn’t well. With the song thrush I went straight in with pen and wash, but for the mistle I started with some pencil for structure, and I think that shows pretty clearly. I don’t want to get all careful, perfectionist and hung up on details with my sketches though, and as much as I could view going straight in with pen as looking more sloppy, it feels more fun and keeps the images more playful. What do you think?
