Hudson Clarke is a husband and father, a retired Navy SEAL, living with his wife in southern Virginia. On an otherwise beautiful day, an extraterrestrial race descends upon Earth. There is no sense of communication, only relentless and unwarranted violence towards humanity. Hudson experiences a tragedy and is all the more compelled to cross town in hopes of finding his son, who lives with a friend for college.
